Tegrant Wins Tower Award for Protexic Logo
Tegrant Corporation announced today that one of its key Business Units, Protexic Brands, has been awarded the prestigious Tower Award for its new logo. Protexic Brands is the largest and longest operating molder of engineered foam components and protective packaging for a wide variety of consumer and industrial products. Its logo was unveiled last year as part of the reorganization of Tegrant Corporation into three strategic business units, each with its own corporate structure and brand identity. Based in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, Protexic Brands has over 45 years of experience in package design, testing and manufacturing.
Rob Beeson, President of Protexic Brands, expressed the company's great honor in receiving the award: "There were over 300 entries submitted this year with companies receiving awards across a select group of categories. We were awarded the Silver in the Logo Design category. We are just thrilled to receive this recognition as we believe the Protexic name and logo are symbolic of our industry leading focus on creativity and innovation."
The Tower Awards are hosted by the Chicago chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA) and are Chicago's premier B-to-B creative competition. Submissions for the award are evaluated by a panel of nine out-of-town judges on the basis of clarity of objective, audience and media strategy employed, and impact of creative concept.
